We offer a 7-day cooling-off period if you decide our approach isn't the right fit for your business. Additionally, for our X content strategy, we guarantee your posts will reach 100,000 impressions - we'll keep working until we hit that milestone at no extra charge.

When Can We Start?

We typically onboard new clients within 1-2 weeks of starting. This gives us time for proper strategy development and voice analysis to ensure we hit the ground running.

What if I don't have time for calls and content reviews?

Our process is designed for busy executives. After the initial 90-minute voice capture, you have flexible options: 30-minute bi-weekly strategy calls, or work completely asynchronously if you prefer. Many clients simply drop voice notes when they have feedback or new directions.

What if I'm uncomfortable with someone posting in my name?

We never post without your approval. Every single post is sent to you for review before it goes live. This is typically done in batches to make the review process efficient - you'll get 3-5 posts at once to approve rather than constant individual notifications. You have complete control over what represents your voice and brand.  

When can I get started?

Right away! As of May 2017, the app is out of beta and our community is growing by dozens of members each week. In fact, we'd recommend joining as soon as possible—we won't be able to maintain the low introductory price forever.  

How quickly will I see results?

Results vary by platform. On LinkedIn, we typically see impression improvements within 2-3 weeks as it responds well to consistent, professional content. X is more nuanced - we'll likely grow your followers immediately, but for significant organic reach improvements, you typically need 1-2 months of consistent posting before the algorithm starts amplifying your content more broadly. We focus on building sustainable, long-term growth rather than quick vanity metrics.  

How is this different from hiring a VA or using AI tools?

You absolutely can use VAs and AI - but you'll need to spend significant time training your VA to write like you and understand your industry nuances. With AI, you'll need to do extensive editing and add the subtle touches that prevent your content from becoming generic "slop" that blends into the noise. We've already done that heavy lifting - the 90-minute voice capture means we understand exactly how you communicate from day one, and our industry experience means your content stands out rather than sounding like everyone else's AI-generated posts.
